 Definition of allergy

Allergy is an unusual condition in which our immune system reacts excessively to any texture or material that acts as an irritant to the body. In common terminology, allergy is also known as hypersensitivity.

Allergies most often occur when the human immune system ceases to respond to any foreign body. Pollen, bee venom, and pet dander can be found in these foreign bodies. People with low immunity are prone to various types of allergies.
