Griva Pitchu – Healing fomentation soaked with warm herbal oil, that reduces the stiffness and pain in the area of the shoulders and lower part of the neck.
Hridya Vasti – energizing action for the heart. The therapy improves the heart activity, improves the blood circulation of the body. Creates a feeling for confidence and lightness.
Janu Vasti – warm medicated oil, that is held on the knees in special made rings from dough. This procedure is good for degenerative problems, stiffness and limited movement of the knee joints.
Karna Purnam – placing warm medicated oil in the ears. Improves the hearing and removes disorders in the functions of the hearing aid.
Kati Pitchu – healing fomentation soaked with warm herbal oil with a medium rate of impact. It is applied to reduce the pain and stiffness in the muscles of the lumbar region. It influences all kind of complaints connected with discopathy.

Navara Kizi – highly energizing and deeply powerful therapy with hot bags full of Navara rise, boiled in milk and enriched with herbal decoction. Causing strengthening of all muscles and stimulating the activity of the nerve system.
Pada Abhyangam therapy – pleasant massage of the heels and lower legs with ayurvedic herbal product. This affects over the improvement of the sleep, relaxation of the body and reduces the tension in the eyes.
Pinda Sweda (Podi Kizhi) – Different medicated herbal powders are placed in cotton bags and are warmed up to a level of slightly sting. The patches starting from the heels are moved up to the neck. This improves the blood circulation of the body and the activity of the nerve system.

Pruthavansha Dhara (partial pizichil) – a sufficient quantity of warmed oil is poured with a cloth into the therapist’s palm over the whole spine. This causes deep regenerative action in all tissues. One of the most rejuvenating therapies in Ayurveda.
Sarvang bashpasvedam – steam bath enriched with medical herbs that are used with therapeutic purpose. This procedure can be combined with Abyangam therapy or conducted as a separate procedure.
Shiro Abhyangam therapy – a pleasant head, face and shoulders massage. Thanks to the warm healing oil and the impact of the therapist, this procedure decreases the headache, vertigo and all disorders of the sensory organs of the head, significantly. Tarpanam – procedure that improves the sight. A combination of preparation with healing ablution of the eyes with herbal decoction and then pouring warmed oil or Ghee that nourish the tissues of the visual organs
Udvartanam – a massage with intensive peeling with herbal powder. The impact improves the metabolism and causes reduction of the fat tissue.
Uttar Vasti – special gynecological therapy for the functions of the uterus. Medicated oil is placed with a special instrument, and it impacts the tissues in this zone. The procedure is applied for increasing the woman’s reproductive abilities.
Virechana – one of the Panchakarma procedures that cause laxative action cleaning the digestive system to the level of the colon.
